There are a few facts about this tour that need to be disclosed before you book on the Viator website. The tour is designed as a Europe overview hop off but do not linger style tour picking up or droping off participants adding at least an hour of travel daily. The operator GoEugo does after you put some pressure on them provide you with a list of hotels so as you can do your home work before the cancellation date. Do not be fooled as in 21 days we stayed at only two of the hotels mentioned and not one hotel was in or near the city centre. In both Paris and Amsterdam we were so far out of town and not near transport it required booking a guaranteed ride service to go into the town. The actual itinerary is also eventually provided but again not after it is too late to cancel without penalties. This itinerary should be available on the web before booking so as you can see the bus travel required and the small amount of time you actually spend in the places visited. It was like pulling teeth with both Viator and GoEugo to procure this information. Viator simply send emails through as a post box and if the tour operator does not answer it is up to you to follow up directly if you can. You do not have a tour guide but a tour manager who is actually an organiser and nothing more. You are not told your hotel until the day you are staying at the hotel and the tour managers vary in organisational abilities. On the Green line tour we had a great manager who made the long journeys entertaining but on the Blue and end of Red line tour we had disasterious opinionated military style managers. Out of 21 days we had only 2 days with WiFi on the bus. More disclosure is required so as buyers can make informed decisions about the tour. GoEugo is a Chinese based company specialising in Chinese tours through Europe and different hotels are used per group. If you want a quick Europe and cheap accom then go for this but beware of the extras for sites and services adding about 300 per week.
