A modern alchemist awaits us in this former pharmacy: he gave up his high-flying marketing job and dedicated his life to refining Frankfurt’s “liquid gold”. This is why the shop’s cabinets no longer contain medicines, but fine, handmade droplets of Apfelwein. Once you’ve tasted a single-apple variety of this Hessian cider, your impressions of the drink will change for good!

Then you can feast on a hearty main course at the quaint house of the first “cider queen”, followed by a sweet homemade dessert. Conclude your trip with a Frankfurt specialty already famous for 175 years and lovingly crafted by family masters in the fourth generation.
