Our tour guide, Reno, was great! The park is small and so are the caves. I didn’t know this tour was going to two beaches. The first one was Gold Rock beach, which was INCREDIBLE. It reminded me of Trunk Bay at St.John. Reno let the group vote on how long to visit at each beach. He said the other beach had food. Therefore, the group went with Banana Bay beach for the longest time. If I knew what the beaches looked like before I went, I would of choose Gold Rock all the way. It is so clear and you can see the waving sand thru the water. Not to mention, not crowded at all and very secluded. I had snacks so food wasn’t a need for me. All I can say is go see Gold Rock beach, you won’t regret it!

Hotel pickup and drop off time is included in the tour time shown, so we didn't have much time at the beach. Our guide Trevor was good and the two beaches and park visited were worth the money.

I was picked up from the port from my cruise ship. My son and I spent 2 hours on the bus while it went around picking everyone else up. The caves were a disappointment. The tour guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. The small path to the two caves was rocky. I feared that the older tourists may hurt themselves on the paths. The beach was so worth the whole experience. The beach was about a quarter to half a mile hike from the road, but the beach was clean, the water was beautiful, and there were few people about so it was not crowded. We only had an hour to spend at the beach not enough time, but it made the cost and the rest of the tour tolerable. One thing that the tour company did that surprised and please me was that they sent a shuttle at our third location to pick my son and I up so we did not have to spend another 2 hours on the bus while dropping everyone off before us. Again the caves were a big disappointment, but everything else made up for them.
