Great captains but the company messed up our reservation so we got there and had to be rescheduled for the next day which was very aggravating!!!! Then it was not 4 hours like they said it was!!! It was more like 2.5 hours...lunch and drinks were good!!
We had to wait three days for acceptable weather to take the sailing/snorkeling trip the boat was obviously full with other people who had also waited plus people scheduled for that day so the boat was quite full but the crew was still very accommodating and made the experience pleasurable. My only complaint is that they made everybody wear life vests so you were very restricted in how much you could move and I couldn't go below the surface and even though I'm a very advanced SCUBA diver I had to be satisfied with just snorkeling around on the surface. The sailing was nice and the structured environment was nice for my wife who is not a SCUBA diver but the trip was not great for someone who has good snorkeling ability.
We were picked up at our hotel on time as scheduled in a very nice Ford Expedition. While we were waiting for the other guest to arrive we were given Mimosas and they brought my daughter orange juice. The Crew was very professional, they had towels and all of the equipment needed for snorkeling. The area that we snorkeled in was great tons of fish. Lunch was really great even my daughter liked it and mentioned it to me! I would definitely book again .
