About this activity
Take a sightseeing tour through the city of Freeport to find out about the history and development of the area, visiting three different factories to learn more about these local industries
Head to the Perfume Factory where fragrances have been produced for over 40 years. Observe a fragrance being created as you take a guided tour and find out how a perfume is produced.
At the Souvenir and Candle Factory you will get an insight into how candles are made and see some other products which are made on-site.
Finally you will stop off at the Bahamian Brewery and enjoy a tour of the production and bottling facility and learn more about the local beers. On completion of the tour, sample a few of the local beers produced on site.
