How to Use:

If you are unable to drive due to personal circumstances, weather, roads, etc., or if the return is delayed, you must pay by standard regulations.

(About gasoline) The rental car is received in full gas and must be full when returning. If you do not have gas, you will have to pay the fuel cost locally.
(Other cautions) In case of an accident, you must notify the police and attach an accident certificate. If you do not have an accident certificate, you are not covered by insurance and you can’t apply for insurance.
