- Children age 0-2 are free to participate if they will not be occupying a seat. Meals are not served. Children who will be occupying seats will need their own tickets. *Children are welcome to join the dolphin watching cruise, and the child must wear a life jacket.
- You can make reservations from 1 person. If the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached, tour may be cancelled. In this case, those who have made a reservation will be informed by noon in Japan time 3 days prior to the departure. You are either entitled to a full refund for the tour or a change of reservation to another day by our phone or email.
- Please arrive at the meeting place least 20 minutes in advance. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or no-shows.
- To go smoothly and safe for group tour, please be sure to check the time with the guide at each point and be punctual.
- If you leave the tour prior to its completion, no refund can be made.
- During this group tour, no extra stopover permitted except the designated sightseeing spots.
- We recommend wearing comfortable seasonal clothing and walking shoes. Please keep your valuables and belongings with you. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage of your belongings.
- Full refund will be made for cancellations due to typhoon or bad weather. In this case, you will be informed by email.
- Times indicated in the schedule are estimates only. Delays may occur depending on road conditions, etc. Please do not apply for this tour on the day of the flight. We do not take responsibility for missing your flight.
- Please consider and decide that children go on board or not, depending on the situation.
- People with tattoo are rejected to take a public bath. Private bath is available at an extra cost.
- Dolphin watching cruise may be cancelled due to weather conditions. In this case, the activity will be a Hand-pulled Noodles making instead.
- This product is only available to visitors in Japan. Japanese nationality/inhabitants of Japan cannot use it.
