In one to one consultations we will investigate how your systems are supported and functioning through diet, hormones, genetics, medical history, family history, symptoms, environment, stress, and lifestyle factors.

Workshops:
ADULTS:
Increase Energy - Gut Health - Immunity - Skin health - Hormonal Health (women only). I love workshops as it gives me the opportunity to meet people and talk about my favorite topic, nutrition!
CHILDREN:
Little Foodie Adventure Workshops to help children learn about, try and like their fruit and vegetables.
