Porto Moniz 4x4 West tour

On this full day tour, you will get fascinated with the highlights of this tour, and in a 4x4 vehicle you will pass thru the real Madeira's countryside, avoiding the crowds. The tour will be done in a open roof 4x4 vehicle , also known as "Jeep Safari", driven by professionals with knowledge of fauna, flora and history of our Island, spoken in different languages, Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and German.. The company is registered with the Portuguese license RNAAT 69/2015.

The tour will start at your hotel / guest house, then will take you using the old roads and some forest roads where its only possible to go with a 4X4, which is a different way to explore the natural beauty of this island and meet the "people", cultures, traditions, small factories, food and traditional beverages. You'll visit the NorthWest side of Madeira, leaving the hotel and driving to Ribeira Brava town. Then, using the old roads and forest roads your local guide/driver will take you to Encumeada, Ginjas, Paúl da Serra, Fanal and Porto Moniz, where you can see and swim at the volcanic lava pools.

After lunch you will go to Seixal and São Vicente visiting the non-touristic pools, waterfalls, and off course, try a fresh handmade "poncha".. 

At the end of the tour you and your lasting memories of Madeira will be taken back to your hotel for your journey home.
