BBQ EVENING COOKING CLASS IN GALLE

We meet you at our office 6 pm Evening BBQ Cooking Class. We will drive you to meet your host and experienced local chef, the class will start at 6.30 pm at our chef house. We request that our customers arrive at the departure point at least 15-30 minutes before class start time. On arrival to your cooking class, you will be provided with a cocktail and an apron before being welcomed by your Chefs for the day. Classes are completely hands-on. Everyone will have his or her own cooking station and equipment. Our BBQ Class covers the full range of seafood, chicken, poke, potato and salad, and a recipe card will be provided. Together with your chef you will create BBQ dishes that you can then re-produce at home Learn about the typical ingredients in Sri Lankan cooking. If you’re a meat lover and fancy yourself cooking steaks and roasts on the BBQ, or if your meat tends to look more ‘charred’ than char-grilled, then our BBQ Meat Class is just the class for you. . If you want to come with your wife or friend to join your BBQ dinner (cannot join cooking activities) we will be a surcharge of $15 per person at the time of departure. Additional meal, wine and drinks are available to purchase at the class. Please advise your option at time of booking.
