Gavi private wine tasting at Il Poggio in Piedmont

This visit will introduce you in a small artisanal winery that produces 20.000 bottles per year only.

You will meet the owner Francesca Poggio; she will show you her property that includes vineyards, wine cellar, tasting room and a charming small b&b. In the tasting room or in the garden you will taste three excellent wines, a Gavi DOCG selection and a red blend called Monferrato Rosso DOC produced with Dolcetto and Merlot grape.

The winery is surrounded by the gorgeous countryside, and it is located on the Rovereto hill, famous cru for the best Gavi DOCG
