Annecy is a picturesque town sometimes referred to as a French Venice! It is a photogtapher’s dream! There is a picture around every corner! An opportunity for some great crepe choices and a great opportunity to get lost...intended or not! It would have been helpful to have been given maps!

Tour was good, on time but our guide Gabrielle who was lovely spoke way too much. There isn't a need in filling silence gaps with pointless info, repetition or stating the obvious. Sticking to a clear structure with facts that you think most people would be interested in is the better approach.

The tour was nice. Our guide was very friendly, but, it was a kind of exhausted to hear him talking all the time in both english and spanish. The city is very nice and worth a visit, specially in a good sunny day. It would be better if the tour started at 11.30-12.00, so we would have the opportunity to have lunch in the city.

Annecy is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience in glorious weather. We appreciated a smooth drive by Neil but both journeys were thoroughly spoiled by Gabriel's continuous, loud commentary and inane chatter - he used 100 when one word would have sufficed. We actually purchased ear plugs for the journey home which gave us a chance to view the scenery in relative peace.

Annecy is a very beautiful medieval French town right on the lake which marks the beginning of the French Alps. The overall beauty of the region resembles exactly the postcard picture. The short half day trip from Geneva is worth the money as you can imagine how was life in medieval ages.

This is a great tour since it is only 4 hours which is all you really need. Annecy (pronounced ansie) is a beautiful small town with restaurants, shops, sweets, etc. The lake and mountains are truly picturesque. Tour guide is warm and friendly.

Town is nice and lots of opportunities to take beautiful pictures. Our tour giude had very limited knowledge of the Geneva city. He was repeating same sentence over and over again, which was quite annoying. When i called the operator Key tours, lady ceary told me that bus stand which is next to Airport. I had to soend 33 dollars for taxi to come to city bus stand. I am extremely upset abiut it.

We were unfortunate that on the day we went to Annecy we were in a snowstorm, so did not see very much as it was a whiteout. We did walk around the town though and there are some really lovely buildings there, but we had to be very careful as everywhere was very slippery due to the snow. The star rating of three is only because we were not able to do justice to the trip due to the snowstorm.
