Our "guide" gave us very little information about the city. When I asked probing questions she could not answer them. it was only at three locations that she provided scant information. The rest of the walk there was no commentary. She did not provide any Geneva history or cultural information. We did not see the UNOG building or learn of the impact of the United Nations’ work. There were no stories behind Geneva’s landmarks including St. Peter’s Cathedral. All of which were described in the tour overview. A total waste of money. Strongly recommend Viator screen and audit tour guides. I will think twice about using Viator again based on my experience in Geneva. I booked three tours via Viator on this trip and the other two I would rate as 3's.
