Genoa: cooking class in a noble palace

A local culinary expert will welcome you in a magnificent Reinassance palace in Genoa to learn the secrets of the old ligurian recipes in a private cooking class. You will learn how to prepare the most traditional Genoese recipes such as "pansoti", hand-made pasta stuffed with wild vegetables and dressed with nut sauce prepared as tradition wants, with mortar and pestle or fthe famous Pesto sauce made with Genoese basil to accompany a very thin kind of Lasagne called "mandilli de sea", silk hankerchiefs.

You will have fun and taste delicious products and, at the end of your private cooking lesson, you’ll have lunch with what you will have prepared, and other Genoese specialties such as vegetables pies or fried fish, wine included of course!
