Start your tour with visit to Penang War Museum (the largest war museum in Southeast Asia) situated at Bukit Batu Maung was erected on the original defense complex built by British before World War II in 1930's by the British to protect the island from enemies. Situated on 20 acres of land. It became a defense fort during the war. Today, it is a sprawling historical complex exhibiting many war paraphernalia’s, and shows historical timelines of events. The war Museum is about education, relic admiration and experiencing events of war. This war museum is a dedication to those who have served and died, defending the country.

After that, you will be having your lunch at Suffolk House offering a stunning example of an Anglo-Indian garden house and Malaysia’s only surviving Georgian Mansion, originally built in the early 1800s. For decades Suffolk House had a glittering career as the home of successive British Governors. The winner of the 2008 Award of Distinction in the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Awards for Culture Heritage Conservation this extensively and passionately restored mansion is now a “must visit” destination for everyone who comes to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of George Town, Penang.
