Swim and Breakfast in Lloret de Mar

We'll meet at southern side of Fenals beach in Lloret de Mar, right at the start of Via Brava swimming itinerary for a welcome briefing and some warm-up swimming exercises. Then we'll jump into the water and will swim in a non-competitive way for 1000m. with a qualified local swim guide to reach Sa Boadella beach. Once in Sa Boadella, our guide will give us some technical skills to improve open water swimming and then the group return swimming to Fenals beach.
We'll swim into quiet narrow cristal clear water between rocks to explore and enjoy swimming in this incredible spot in Costa Brava. The Costa Brava seabed is unique for its extraordinary biodiversity as well as the opportunities afforded to observe underwater flora and fauna. Posidonia oceanica fields and a seabed of rocks or sand are the main environments found on the Vies Braves itineraries, with starfish, salema porgy, pomfret, white seabream, crabs, octopus, and more.
At Fenals beach, we’ll have typical Catalan breakfast with local products in a restaurant right in front of the beach.
The guide will provide a Safety buoy and a swimming cap for each swimmer.
 The water temperature will be nice and warm from July to October—20-24ºC—so a wetsuit won't be required.
