Stop At: Mackintosh at the Willow, 215 Sauchiehall St, Glasgow G2 3EX, UK

We’ve teamed up with the Charles Rennie Mackintosh Society to offer the first dedicated, city centre Mackintosh information and tours desk. The famous Tea Rooms first opened in 1903 and are of huge importance to Glasgow’s architectural and cultural heritage and are the only surviving Tea Rooms designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh for local entrepreneur and patron Miss Kate Cranston.

All tours are conducted by Charles Rennie Mackintosh Society volunteers and must be booked in advance to confirm availability.

The tour will cover all main spaces within the tearooms, highlighting the work undertaken by the restoration team, the important interiors within, and how the building relates to other Mackintosh works.

This tour includes private viewing of the exquisite Salon de Luxe and historic Billiard Room

Duration: 2 hours
