Step inside Burns Cottage where Robert was born in 1759, then walk the short distance along the Poet's Path to the museum to see the enormous collection of artefacts relating to his life, work and legacy.

- The two main sites (Burns Cottage and the museum) are connected by the Poet's Path, a 500m long pedestrian walkway. On busier days, our volunteers run a regular electric shuttle along it.
