The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program is a course for beginner to intermediate students looking to deepen their practice, study traditional Hatha Yoga from the Himalayan Masters, and obtain the knowledge and tools in order to become a certified Yoga teacher.

This 25-day program at Purnam Yoga Shala is located on the South end of beautiful Agonda Beach, South Goa, India. This course will provide a solid foundation of different types of Yoga and delve into the traditional Hatha lineage.

During the 200 Hour Yoga, Teacher Training students will learn how to practice and teach yoga asanas, the anatomy of the asana, Hatha Yoga Philosophy, proper adjustments of the postures, as well as practice and develop confidence in personal teaching style. Students will learn how to develop and teach Yoga with the intention to unite body, mind, and soul, using traditional Hatha Asana, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation.

After successfully completing the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, you will receive a Yoga Alliance USA approved certificate. This certificate allows you to teach yoga internationally and obtain a career in yoga.
