Stop At: Mapusa Court, District Hospital Rd, Alto, Duler, Dangui Colony, Mapusa, Goa 403507, India

Set off to be at the meeting point at Mapusa at around 7:30 am. After breakfast and a short briefing about the trail, with tour guides and a support vehicle in tow, you will mount your tarmac. Mapusa will showcase the untainted landscape of Goa with its greenery, colonial forts, rivers and hills. In contrast to the breezy stretch to Valpoi, you will gear up for some hard-core off-roading into the forest terrain. Being the corridor for migratory birds and wildlife, you may also have wild surprises, popping out from corners if you are lucky!
• You will assemble at the meeting point at the Duler Football ground in Mapusa at around 7:30 am.
• After breakfast, you will set off on your journey to Valpoi, which will take about an hour.
• From Valpoi, you will enter the off-roading stretch through a forest terrain to reach Kadwal.
• Through the thickets and clearing, you will cross a dry river bed, rocky, slushy and muddy paths.
• Once you reach Kadwal by around 2:00 pm, you can treat yourself to sumptuous Goan delicacies for lunch.
• After lunch, you would head back to your destination along the same route.
