iFly is just like a real skydive but without the plane and in a fully controlled, ultra- safe environment.
Whether you’re 3 or 103, Indoor Skydiving is an accessible and all-inclusive activity. IFLY is both an exhilarating experience and a highly addictive sport.
It’s safe for children, challenging for adults, exciting for teens and realistic for skydivers.
We are conveniently located in the centre of Surfers Paradise. Open from 10am to late at night.
The full experience is an hour and a half, it's all weather, and fits perfectly into itineraries.
There's no parachute, no jumping, and nothing attaching you to planet Earth!
You simply lean into the wind inside our giant glass tunnel and a column of air lifts you up and you'll float effortlessly into flight, guided by our qualified instructors.
You will then fly your body just like a skydiver would after jumping out of a plane.
It's just you and the air...and an incredible adrenaline rush.

- Please request a specific date and time to fly before your arrival, and ensure you have a confirmation email from iFLY confirming that date and time.
- Bookings are always subject to availability, so please book a time slot with as much notice as possible.
- Contact iFLY to request a specific date and time for your experience.
- We will need your name, voucher number, email and phone number to make a booking.
- If you choose to do the High Fly experience, an extra $12 will be payable on the day to iFLY Gold Coast. Just ask customer service at check-in about this experience.
- Minimum age is 3 years
- No experience required, so beginners, intermediates, and experts from ages 3 and up can all fly as long as you are in good health and physical condition
- There are a number of restricted medical conditions, such as pregnancy
- Facility is wheelchair accessible and can fly people with certain physical disabilities, including amputation and paraplegia. Please contact the local provider directly for details
- Please wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes. Other shoes are not suitable. Wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt with no collar. You won’t have to change out of these clothes as you'll simply put your flight suit on over them
- If you’ve had a prior shoulder dislocation or back or neck problems, please contact the local provider before booking to discuss your suitability
- If you are under 5'8" (180 cm), the weight limit is 230 lbs (105 kg); weight limit is 250 lbs (115 kg) if you are over 5'8" (180 cm). These are guidelines only; if you don’t fit into either of these categories, please contact the local provider to discuss your personal situation
