Your day commences at 9am, when you meet your tour at Mantra on Salt in Kingscliss, unless hotel pickup and drop-off has been prearranged from your accommodation in Byron Bay. Hotel pickup is available from Byron at Byron, Elements, Paper Daisy, Sofitel Gold Coast and other hotels on request.
Your local guide will guide you through the tour in 9 seater vehicles, ensuring an intimate and holistic tour of the region. Your first stop is at Cape Byron Distillery, in the heart of Brookfarm, where you will enjoy a tour of the farm and distillery, as well as a chance to taste Brookies and Slow Gin direct from the distiller.
Lunch today is served at the Byron Bay Brewing company, before heading to Stone and Wood for a guided tour through the beers and brews that have made this craft Brewery the success that it is today. After lunch you'll head back into the Tweed and meet with the makers of Ink Gin and Husk Rum for tastings of these award winning drinks. Your tour concludes at approx 4pm.
