2-day Freediving Course for Beginners in Las Canteras

Itinerary

If you are interested in steping into the fascinating world of freediving, this course is ideal for you. Emoción Apnea offers you a two-day formation/training course in Gran Canaria, during which you will have theory and practice sessions and go underwater at the Julio Navarro swimming pool in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and at Sardina del Norte beach.
In order to do this course, you must be in possession of a medical certificate that confirms you are fit to dive. Minors must also bring a parental authorization with them.
The first day, you will meet your certified instructor at the meeting point. From that moment on, you won’t have to worry about a thing because the activity includes transport to both the swimming pool and the beach. You will only invest your time in having fun and learning.
By the second day, you will be an amazing diver!
If you complete this freediving course and pass the practical and theory tests, you could request the FEDAS-CMAS certification. Certification fees are not included.
• You will reach a depth of between 10 and 18 meters.
• Static apnea will let you hold for 1-2 minutes underwater.
• Dynamic apnea will let you get 20-40 meters down.
