The Nagoya Sushi School, founded by Japanese cuisine master Nobuyuki Kawai, is a prestigious Japanese cuisine school specialized in traditional sushi cooking. This institution, which is endorsed by the Japanese Government, represents All Japan Sushi Association - AJSA’s first official headquarters in Europe.

In this 2-Hour Workshop you will use top quality ingredients. You will make nigiri, maki and uramaki sushi after learning how to prepare sushi rice and its seasonings perfectly. Itamae masters Carmen Rodríguez and Noboyuki Kawai, with more than 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, will be taking care of you. At the end of the Workshop, participants will taste their creations.

This Workshop will give you solid grounding in every single sushi-making stage and will allow you to prepare your own sushi effectively. This cooking experience will increase your interest for Japanese cuisine .

In addition, a 4-Hour Cooking Course is offered. At this course, you will perfect your fish preparation, elaboration and cut skills. You will get an attendance Diploma upon course completion. Participants can bring a companion at no cost. Companions will be able to observe during the course, but they won’t neither participate nor get an Attendance Diploma.
