8 Days/7 Nights_All Inclusive Culinary Discovery Guided Gourmet Tour, is your one and only holiday in Mauritius, where everything is taken care off. Not 1 single cent more to pay during this holiday.
DAY 1
Pick-up at the airport. At "Pallagino" Chef Sandy welcomes you with a refreshing cocktail. Settle into your room or walk three minutes to the golden sand beach, dip into crystal blue water. This evening, Chef Sandy cooks, you enjoy cocktail, diner & drinks.
DAY 2
After breakfast, guided by Chef Sandy visit Port-Louis market. Discover and buy fresh local produce, herbs & spices. Taste street food, Dholl puri, samosas, chili cakes, gato arouilles, and our famous Alouda, a milk shake with Mauritian twist, Lunch at Caudan waterfront. Later you will cook a wonderful fish dish and freshly purchased vegetables. then enjoy cocktail, dinner and drinks.
DAY 3
After breakfast, visit "Pamplemouse" botanical gardens. Enjoy traditional lunch. Discover "La Cuvette" "Pereybere", "Bain Boeuf", beaches.
At Cap Malheureux, see the famous chapel with red roof. Tonight you cook a 6 course diner. Enjoy cocktail, diner & drinks.
DAY 4
After breakfast, drive to Trou D’Eau Douce. A speed boat take us to "Ile aux Cerfs". Feast on seafood & langouste BBQ. Visit GRSW waterfalls. Tonight, Chef cooks, you just enjoy.
DAY 5
Breakfast then free time. Lunch is served by the patio. Later, you cook 7 dishes.
DAY 6
"Dolphin Safari“ swim with dolphins. BBQ lunch at “Benitier” Island, dip in open sea aquarium at Crystal Rock. Later, learn to cook 5 dishes in 30 minutes.
DAY 7
The South - Visit a ship model factory, see artisans create masterpieces. Visit a diamond factory. “Trou aux cerfs” volcano."Ganga Talao" & the largest statue of Shiva outside India. Place of worship for Hindus. visited by 300,000 people each year during “Maha Shivratri” festival. "Plaine Champagne" "Black River Gorges" “7 Colors earth” absolutely fabulous! "Chamarel waterfalls". Lunch to taste products of Chamarel.
Chef cooks, you enjoy!. Awards & photo souvenirs, and taste homemade liqueur. .
DAY 8 -
Enjoy lunch at the villa. Time to depart.
