Enjoy an authentic and unique Mauritian culinary experience in a very small-group cooking class of just 6 persons maximum.
Chef/patronne Sandy invites you to her kitchen to discover the little secrets of Mauritian Cuisine, and enjoy a real feast.
Amalgam of many cultures, Portuguese, Dutch, French, English, Creole, Indian, Chinese and Malay, our cuisine reflect a fusion of all these cultures in a incredible, explosion of senses, colors and flavours.
For better communications and understanding English and French Classes are done separately.
We start at 11h00 & finish by 14H00
All classes are hand on, and limited to 6 persons, maximum.
You will be welcome by the Chef, herself at the gate.
After a welcome drink at the patio, follow Sandy to her kitchen.
After a short and interesting introduction to local fresh herbs and produce.
You will learn how to cook a complete traditional Mauritian/Creole of 7 dishes – not just one dish,
You watch - your discover - you learn - you cook - you enjoy - A full meal of 7 dishes Drinks offered.
Feel free to choose a main dish and the Chef will try her best to customize it based on your preferences.
Local creole sausages - Chicken - Fish - VEG.
After cooking, take a short break, have a drink and enjoy this wonderful meal. All drinks are offered.

Go home with the best of all souvenir, my cook book “A Feast of Mauritius “ in English or " Un Chef a la Maison " in French.
