The first 5 to 10 minutes will start with a warm up routine followed by a 10 to 15 minutes practice routine.

Next, your Pro Oliver will evaluate your strokes in order to assess your individual needs as an advanced player. With advanced level hitting drills using the Pro’s corrective techniques you will be able to produce more consistent strokes which will take your game to the next level. This section can be anywhere from 35 minutes to 45 minutes long.

Match play can also be integrated into the hitting session or it may also be substituted for the entire session.
