About this activity
Start your 5-hour tour with pickup at your accommodation in the Jackson Hole or Teton Village area. Heading north by luxury van, you’ll enter Grand Teton National Park. Keep an eye out for wildlife and receive information on the region from your experienced guide.

There will be plenty of stops along the way to check out historical sites such as the Shane Cabins. Once you reach the dining venue at The Trapper Grill located at Signal Mountain Lodge, you will have the option to sit outside on the deck and select from a full menu. Marvel at jaw-dropping views of Jackson Lake and the Teton Mountain Range during the sunset hours.

On the return drive via Moose–Wilson Road, use provided binoculars and spotting scopes to search for the occasional moose through the van’s panoramic windows.

This evening tour is an ideal option for anyone who loves viewing wildlife in a stunning natural environment.

Our tour guide was highly knowledgeable and energetic. He wanted to make sure that we had the opportunity to see all that the area had to offer including Signal Mountain, Jenny Lake and the Jackson Lake Dam.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst tours that we have taken with this tour company. I admit it was not entirely the tour company's fault in that there was one couple that had to be picked up inside Grand Teton National Park, and then we had to go back outside the park to start the tour, and it really seems to have thrown off the timing. My suggestion though, would have to be, that in this situation to pick up the other passengers 30 minutes or so earlier than normal so that you can accommodate the extra time. We really didn't see much wildlife I know that is always a hit and miss-so not blaming the tour company for that. However, it seemed that we just drove around in circles a couple of times. Pulled over a couple of times to see the little bit of wildlife that we could and couple of lakes, and then had dinner. The sun set while we were having dinner, so we didn't get the great views of the sunset, and the drive back to Jackson was pretty much in complete darkness. The guide told us that we would normally be coming through about 30 minutes earlier, so the chances of seeing wildlife would have been greater, but unfortunately as I mentioned, the timing of the tour was off. I wish I could give a better review....but this time it just was not worth the money spent. :-
