The first stop of the tour is the Dongshankou Metro Station.There is a Guangzhou Cultural Corridor, which shows the changes of Guangzhou over 2000 years through old photographs, sculptures and other means. With the history of Dongshan as the key point, you can build a preliminary impression of Dongshan before you start your journey to Dongshan and help you better visit the "Villa District" of Dongshan.

The next stop is the Gui gang.There is a short business street.This street is closely related to the life of local citizens. There are many "old brands" familiar to Guangzhou people on the street, which provide the citizens with all kinds of goods and services needed for life. Both sides of the street are full of "arcade-style" buildings, which give people the illusion of crossing back decades ago.

Then you will go to the Xinhepu Street.During the period of the Republic of China, Xinhepu was a place where overseas Chinese, wealthy businessmen and important people lived together. The residential buildings here were in the pattern of Westernized garden villas. The largest existing low-rise courtyard-style modern building complex in Guangzhou is located here. Most of the historic preservation buildings in Xinhepu are independent low-rise residential buildings, mostly imitating Western classical architecture, with clear water red brick wall, water brushing stone in the Republic of China, and Western style as the main architectural features. There are four representative buildings: Spring Garden, Jane Garden, Kui Garden and Mingyuan on Peizheng Road.

The first stop on Xinhepu Street is the Sites of the Third Congress of the Communist Party of China,In 1923, the Communist Party of China held the third National Congress here, at which it formally decided to cooperate with the Kuomintang led by Sun Yat-sen to establish a revolutionary united front.It opened the prelude of the first Kuomintang-Communist cooperation.

The next stop is the Chunyuan Villa.It is a three-storey brick-and-stone concrete building with three parallel floors. On the roof of the building, there is an octagonal pavilion with concrete structure, which is a typical Chinese-Western architectural style. During the Three National Congresses of the Communist Party of China, many important delegates stayed here. Since then, Mr. Sun Yat-sen's political adviser, Borodin, and his military adviser, Galen, have lived here.

And then,you will go to the Xuguyuan Road.There are several famous villas on this street,This makes it one of the most cultural streets in Guangzhou.First,you will visit the Kuiyuan Villa,which was built in 1922 by an overseas Chinese business in the United States,.This three-storey, reinforced concrete house has a well-preserved red brick exterior wall after more than 80 years. Above the building, there is a prominent arch building with the words "1922" sculpted on the doorway. At present, Kuiyuan is rented by four young people and has become an art gallery.,

The next stop is Peizheng Road.Many political celebrities and capitalist ever lived here.So there are many villas with different styles left here.And there are two famous school:Pui Ching primary school and Pui Ching Middle School,which are The earliest schools in China.First you will visit Mingyuan Villa,which is Dongshan's most traditional Chinese architectural features of villa, red brick and green tiles, like Suzhou Gardens.

On the opposite side of Mingyuan is Jianyuan Villa.It is a villa built by the Jane Brothers of Nanyang Tobacco Company, a well-known overseas Chinese industrialist in the early 20th century. The house is three stories high, with a fountain garden in the front garden. The wall is decorated with green glazed pottery and bamboo barrels. The upper end of the coupon arch portal is a floating balcony. At the entrance of the first porch, there are also a pair of majestic Palace lions, which add a combination of Chinese and Western charm to the homestead. After its completion, the Jane Garden was used as a German consulate, and Tan Yankai, a KMT member, lived here.

After leaving Peizheng Road,you will go to sibeitongjin Road.There are last two appreciations.First stop is the Yuyuan Garden, It was built in 1931, and its overall style originated in England. But the designer incorporated British architectural style into local features in his design. The balconies of English-style ocean buildings are mostly fully enclosed arc balconies, but in order to adapt to the muggy weather in the south, the balconies of Yuyuan Garden are designed as ventilation balconies with depressions in them. Balcony on the English beam bracket, coupled with the unique Chinese pendant flower shape, this architectural style is known as "Ci in Xiqu". The original owner was Wu Jingying, who served as the Naval Shipbuilding Director of the National Government.

The next stop is the Christian Dongshan Church,which is built in the late Qing Dynasty. It is the earliest large Christian Church in South China. It is an American-style building with two-story reinforced concrete structure. There are chapels, subordinate halls, Sunday schools and other buildings and broad venues. There is a circular hall with 1300 seats in the church. It is a place for worshippers to pray and worship. At present, the church has become an important background for photographers.

Finally, you will come to visit theDongshan Railway Station.The oldest railway station in Guangzhou is still in use. It is also a scene for a large number of young literary and artistic people to take pictures and create literary and artistic works.At the end of your 4-hour tour, your guide drops you off at your hotel.
