Day 1: Guangzhou-Chaoshan-Chaozhou
Stop At: Chaozhou Arch Street, Dongmen Street and Taiping Road, Chaozhou China
Today you will be picked up from your centrally located Guangzhou hotel at 8am, then transferred to take 3-hour bullet train to Chaoshan. Upon arrival, drive to visit Chaozhou. Firstly you will visit The Memorial Arch Street is renown for its various old arches built in the ancient time.

Stop At: Guangji Bridge, Outside East Gate, Xiangqiao District, Chaozhou 521000 China
The old Guangji Bridge that was built 800 years ago, and still possible to walk on the bridges. It is a wonderful picture to see the wooden boats to connect the bridges. It is suggested to see it when it is lit up in the evening.

The early history of the ancient City Wall in Chaozhou can be tracked back to 800 years ago in Song Dynasty. Today there are well-preserved gates, wall and moat etc.

After hotel breakfast, you will visit the Kaiyuan Temple that is the oldest temple in this area, built 1200 years ago initially, with well-preserved architecture and statues.

Stop At: West Lake, Near Xiyuan Road, Xiangqiao District, Chaozhou 521021 China
Later, you will move to visit the West Lake that is a nice site to view the mountains and lake, and it is one of the must-see sites to combine the history and architecture. Afterwards you will be transferred back to Chaoshan Railway Station to catch 3-hour bullet train back to Guangzhou. Upon arrival, you will be transferred back to your hotel where the tour concludes.
