Day Tour to Agua Volcano

We will pick you up at your Hotel in Guatemala City or Antigua Guatemala, and take you to the base camp. And start Hiking as soon as you get your water supplies. Upon request you can choose your prefered lunch. You may choose your departing time, so long as you are one single group. I sugest to start climing at 7-8 am and be back at the base at aroung 5-6pm depending on the season. So we will pick you up around 1 hour ahead of starting climbing or even more. Be advice that leaving the City Capital can take aditional 1 hour or more, due to traffic jams in the morning.
Stops are usually made at your request or when needed, depending on you experience hiking, or altitude symptoms. Only withing Guatemala City area extra help can be facilitated a day before, upon request. Please, dont neglect eating something during climbing, because it can substantially help your ascent, so please accept, that according to my experience, you will follow my advice eating, drinking liquids or staying\descending the volcano. There are no restrooms!
Descending the volcano is usually faster but still riskier than ascending, so please follow my advice.
Once at the base you will be given extra water and time to clean up your shoes before boarding your transportation back to your Hotel.
Bring loose garments, sunblock (important), hat, Hiking shoes (not flat-soles, walking, or tennis shoes), camera, and water repelent garments or a cap during raining season.
