English was a little unclear and the drive from Guatemala City to the ruins was longer than the tour. It took 35 minutes to tour Mixco Viejo and our drive there from the city was a solid two hrs. It would have been better if there were built in stops for local foods or touring of different villages/markets as we headed to our destination. It was especially difficult bc the day was so long with no where to eat. Overall the staff was very kind but this adventure sure doesn't own up to its cost.

Our second trip with Viator. Also used them in France. Very professional and reliable at a good cost. Guide was knowledgeable and fun to be with. The drive up the mountain through the small Guatemalan towns was more interesting than the site itself, although the location on top of a mountain was most impressive. No place for lunch in the area, even though it was listed as an "on your own" activity.
