The beauty of the Li River cannot be fully appreciated on a boat. Instead, hike slowly along the river, stopping here and there by the river, and immerse your feet in the water. Follow the trail through bamboo groves, treading between golden rice fields (in early and autumn), and even camp for one night to experience the sunrise and sunset. The Hiking route: Xianggong Hill – Lengshui Village – Nine Horse Fresco Hill – Xingping (12 km / 7 mi).
Itinerary:
9:00-10:30: Pick up at your guilin/Yangshuo hotel/Yulong river park gate.
10:30-11:10:Visit the Xianggong hill.
11:10--15:00: Hiking from Xianggong hill to Xingping and can have a lunch at Xingping.
15:00-16:30: Back to Guilin hotel/Yangshuo hotel/Yulong river park gate.
