We emphasise a teaching style based on actually doing rather than watching.
We will take you shopping in the local markets to learn about the ingredients that we use in our dishes. After cooking the dishes we eat the meals together and informally explore Chinese culture,folk-lore and customs.
Itinerary:
9:00--9:30: Yangshuo hotel/Yulong river park gate pick up & transfer to the school(West street area).
9:30--12:00: Enjoy the cooking lesson and the food that you cooked(Can cook four differ local food).
12:30: Back to your Yangshuo hotel/Yulong park gate.
