About this activity

First, you will be transferred from your hotel in Guilin or Yangshuo to the Xianggong Mountain, where you can take wonderful photos of the views of the mountain and the Li River. Usually, it takes around 30 minutes to ascend to the top of the Xianggong Mountain for an adult.

You will start hiking after going down the Xianggong Mountain. Your first destination is the Nine-Horse Fresco Hill. It is said peaks of the hill look like nine running horses. How many can you recognize? Your tour guide is happy to stay longer here for you to count horses or take photos.

After admiring the hill, you will be transferred to the other side of the Li River by ferry to enter today’s longest hiking section. Your destination is the Xingping Town. During the hiking you will see the most beautiful part of Guilin’s landscape. If you have a note of 20 RMB, have a look at it. And you will find you are walking past the background site on the note. Your tour guide will let you know when you arrive at the exact site.
