4-Day Hanoi and Halong Bay Experience

Day 1: Hanoi arrival

Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International airport, you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel for check in. Spend the rest of your day at your leisure.

Overnight in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave Hanoi by bus at 8:30am and arrive at the jetty around noon. The staff will welcome you on board with a refreshing drink followed by a cruise briefing. After lunch, cruise through the magnificent bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations and the crystal clear water. Later explore some of the small islets and relax on a white sandy beach before returning to the junk before dinner.

Day 3: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (B/L)

Start the day with coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries served in the dining room. For those interested, it will be followed by a 30-minute instruction in tai chi on the sundeck. Transfer by tender to the "Day Boat" and sail to some of Halong Bay's more untouched locales (exact locations depend on tide conditions). Enjoy time kayaking or swimming before a multi-course lunch is served at mid-day. After lunch, return to the harbor and drive back to Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi – At leisure – Departure (B)

There are no activities planned for your final day so you are free to enjoy your free time as you wish until check-out time. Once you check out, transfer to the airport for your departing flight.
