09:30 - 10:00: Preparation-Training

We start this tour with a short lesson on the beach to go over the elements of kayaking including safety issues, proper paddling techniques, steering and stability tips. We learn also the various details of our journey.

Location: Sea Kayak Halkidiki Center, Vourvourou 63087 Greece

10:00 - 10:45: Paddling

Then we start a relaxed paddling in the calm waters of Vourvourou bay, heading over to the Hawaii beach on the east side of Diaporos island. During this first part of our trip will enjoy the beautiful scenery of Vourvourou bay while receiving interesting knowledge and information about the culture, history and traditions of the region.

10:45 - 13:00: Free Time - Lunch

In Hawaii beach we will have our first long rest stop to swim and snorkel in the crystal blue waters of the small bay, relax under the shadows of pine trees and of course enjoy the healthy picnic lunch with local delicacies and fresh fruits of the season! This is what we call a lunch with spectacular views!

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Location: Vourvourou Bay, Vourvourou Greece

13:00 - 13:30: Paddling

We continue with a paddle back towards Vourvourou bay, where we will have another short rest stop on the shore of one of the south beaches of Diaporos island.

13:30 - 14:30: Free Time - Snack

There we have again the chance to get out of the kayaks, stretch our legs and enjoy a quick refreshing swim and snorkeling in the cool waters. There is always a wide variety of sea-life to learn about including lots of fish, sea urchins, jellyfish, crabs etc.

Duration: 1 hour

Location: Vourvourou Bay, Vourvourou Greece

14:30 - 15:00: Paddling

On the short way back to our Sea Kayak Halkidiki center the rock formations on the island look almost alive and the Mount Itamos views are stunning.
