About this activity
Itinerary
The Tour is a portrait-photoshoot covering some of the city’s great landmarks: Landungsbrücken, St Nikolai Memorial Church, Rathaus City Hall and the Speicherstadt.
Along the way I will explain posing, whether as singles, couples or groups. You do not have to bring your own camera on the tour. As we walk, I will share my experiences of the city and I will be taking your portraits, whether as a single, couple or group.
We will get to know each others a bit and after making the introductions we'll jump right in with some shots in front of the CityHall after which we will proceed towards the Nikolai Church Memorial (one of Hamburg's five old churches; unlike the others this one was not rebuilt following WW2 and was kept as a Memorial of the costs and destruction of war) and then further on to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Speicherstadt. This used to be the storage area for the cargo ships but nowadays is full of canals, bridges, restaurants and bars. Along the way we will stop at the Nikolaifleet - the location of Hamburg's very first harbour, in the XII century. The tour will end at the Landungsbrücken, looking down the waterfront of the Hamburg Harbour.
Stop At:
• Town Hall, Rathausmarkt, 20095 Hamburg Germany
