2-Day Trip to Dushan Village and Nanjian Crag from Hangzhou

Day1：
Set off from Hangzhou, arriving at Sui’chang in the city of Li’shui. At noon, taste what this place is all about as you find yourself at old Jiaotan Village and sit for a feast of local specialty fish dishes.
After lunch jump aboard the coach to make tracks for the rising terraces of Da’ke, swinging around the ‘First Meander Bend’ of the Wuxi River on the way. The characteristic vibrant sunburst yellow walls and mottled matt-and-gloss black tile roofing of Ming Dynasty buildings – icons of South-west Zhejiang scatter among the rises of the stepped mountain fields. A striking sight if ever there was one.
Having seen the terrace fields, it’s time to head on to the Du’shan Stockaded Village. Stroll the town’s streets, through archaic alleys, to find the ‘Yo’ Family Ancestral Hall and the Ming Memorial Archway of Longqing – the perfect way to experience the simplest airs of an ancient age. 
We leave the village with our sights on the Nanjian Crag Park Bus Transfer Center, where we board our bus to take a spiraling mountain round up on into the clouds. 
Reaching a height of 1200 meters above sea, we find the Shi’suntou Village, and our accommodation for the evening. Set down your bags and run out to the lookout platform to watch a mountain-view sunset, then enjoy a meal of country cuisine for dinner. 
After dinner we can move outdoors, spark up a bonfire and unwind in each-other’s company, with games and more.
 
Day2：
Rise bright and early to witness a brilliant sunrise. A little bit of luck the morning light will reveal the Cloud Sea - a sea of clouds that churns and sweeps through the valleys below.
After this, eat and get your gear deposited, then head out for the Nanjian Crag Scenic Area. 
Follow the mountain-face plank-road – a glass cliff-face walkway and see ‘Sky-pillar’ Peak, the ‘Sky-slit’, Jiu’ji Falls and other inspiring natural scenic landmarks. 
Sky-pillar is the highest peak of the region, scraping the clouds at 1600 meters tall. Cliff-faces and mountain walls, brook streams and reaching skies, and the fluorescent green of flourishing plant life – there’s no lack of sights to be had here. 
At noon we will retrieve our gear and return to Suichang, eating lunch here before beginning our return journey to Hangzhou.
