About this activity

Meeting in the morning at 8:00am at your hotel in Hangzhou, our Daming ski journey begins. Arrive at the Daming foothills at 10:00 and set foot onto the massive 20,000 square meter Ski ground. (You have three hours once we’re here..) So change into your gear then get out there! There are different ski tracks for different levels of experience and skill, so no one is left out. When the time’s up, we return to Hangzhou. We will drop you off at the hotel around 5:30pm.

• Lockers: 10RMB (can be shared)
• Ski clothes: 30RMB/piece
• Gloves: 10RMB/set
• Helmet: 20RMB/piece
• Goggles: 20RMB/set
*all rental items can be rented on-site per the individual’s need at the above listed prices. Purchase is not mandatory. You may also bring your own equipment. It is recommended that participants wear waterproof/resistant clothing and shoes.

Skiing is a high-exertion sport, it’s important to eat beforehand. Before hitting the ski slopes it is necessary to warm up your muscles and joints to prevent injury.
Participants with poor eyesight are warned not to wear contact lenses or metal-framed glasses when skiing. Please be sure to wear synthetic-framed glasses, and make sure that you wear ski goggles whenever possible on the slopes to avoid snow blindness.
Please select a ski slope and course appropriate to your level of experience. Beginners must progress slowly from the slow slopes first, to medium and fast slopes later as appropriate.
