Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

Pass By: Hanoi Old Citadel - Northern Gate, Phan Dinh Phung Street, Hanoi 10000 Vietnam
Arriving at Noi Bai airport, your guide will greet you at airport with a ‘Welcome’ sign board, and then you will be transferred to your hotel in Hanoi - the capital city of Vietnam, is an elegant city located on the banks of the Red River with the tranquil ‘Restored Sword’ Lake at its heart.

Day 2: HANOI FULLDAY CITY TOUR

Pass By: Hanoi Old Citadel - Northern Gate, Phan Dinh Phung Street, Hanoi 10000 Vietnam
On this fullday excursion you will get to explore and learn about everything Vietnamese, from the oldest pagoda, and the first university of Vietnam, to present day religious practises and ethnic minorities. You’ll hear the foklore tales about the turtle of sword lake, at the Ngoc Son Temple, as well visiting the final resting place of Ho Chi Minh - the leader of the Viet Cong Army, that defeated the americans in the 20 year war, and later became both prime minister and president. With no stones left unturned, this tour is everything you wanted to know about Vietnam, to better understand this exciting country.

08:00 - 08:30 Tour guide and shuttle bus will pick you up at the hotel in Hanoi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House then depart for the Hanoi city full day tour.

08:45: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and off to one side of the Mausoleum is the One-Pillar Pagoda which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 - the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi.

10:45 : Depending on the date, you will visit:

Mon – Wed – Fri: Pottery Village

Tue – Thu – Sat & Sun: Vietnam Museum of Ethnology

12:30 : Have lunch at a restaurant, served with Vietnamese food.

13:30 – 13:45 : Visit the Temple of Literature, the most famous temple situated in Hanoi, also functioned as Vietnam's first university. It was first constructed in 1070, under King Ly Nhan Tong and dedicated to Confucius, sages and scholars. A vast structure that has existed to present day.

15:00 : Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda lying next to West Lake.

15:45 Drive to the legendary Hoan Kiem Lake to visit Ngoc Son Temple, dedicated to Van Xuong Saint and former general commander Tran Hung Dao, for his struggle against Mongolians. You will also see the beautiful Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake.

16:00 - 16:30: Arrive at the hotel in Hanoi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House.

Day 3: HANOI – PU LUONG

Pass By: Pu Luong Nature Reserve, Pho Doan, Thanh Hoa 448100 Vietnam
Easy Trek to Chieng Lau, Yen, Ba villages, Bamboo rafting on Cham Stream:

07:30 – 08:00 Pick-up at Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to go to Pu Luong Nature Reserve by Limousine Bus.

09:00 Short break in Luong Son (Outside of Hanoi).

11:00 Stop at the local market of the Muong Ethnic Minority; enjoy the beautiful scenery of Thung Khe Pass (One of the 10 most beautiful passes in Vietnam).

12:00 Arrival in Mai Chau and transfer to a van to go to Pu Luong Reserve nature

13:00 Check in and lunch at Pu Luong Eco Garden – The Mountain Retreat.

14:30 – 17:30 Board the van to the starting point. Following the small road through the terrace rice and sugar cane fields, cross the Hanging Bridges to visit other remote rural villages of Thai Ethnic. Stop at the giant waterwheels, ducks farm to learn about the agriculture before getting on the Bamboo Raft for a relaxing cruise on Cham stream (cruise depending on weather conditions).

17:30 Pick up the van to go to the Eco Garden – Mountain Retreat. Enjoy swimming in the Infinity Pool.

19:00 BBQ Dinner at the lodge, enjoy some local rice wine. Have a quiet night in the middle of the Reserve.

Day 4: EXPLORE KHO MUONG VILLAGE & DOI CAVE – NINH BINH 120km

Pass By: Pu Luong Nature Reserve, Pho Doan, Thanh Hoa 448100 Vietnam
07:00 – 08:00 Have breakfast in the lodge. Enjoying the breathtaking view from Pu Luong Eco Garden – The Mountain Retreat.

08:30 – 12:00 Trek following the small roads through the terrace rice fields and cross the stream to visit remote hidden village of Kho Muong to learn about the local people in Pu Luong.(6kms) Explore Doi Cave (Bat cave), this is the largest cave in Pu Luong. (Depending on the weather condition)

12:00 Back to the Eco Garden – The Mountain Retreat, check out.

13:00 Have lunch and have free time to relax in the Infinity pool or walking around the village before boarding the car to go to NinhBinh at 14:30.

17:30 Arrive in Ninh Binh Retreat, check in and have free time.

19:00 Have dinner at the retreat

Day 5: CYCLYING TO HOA LU ANCIENT CAPITAL & TRANG AN - HANOI

7:30 – 8:30 Breakfast at the Retreat

8:30 to 12:00 Cycling through the limestone karsts to reach 2 temples of the first 2 Emperors in the 10 th Century in Hoa Lu Ancient Capital hike up the Ma Yen Mountain to visit the King’s tomb in 10th century and enjoy the panorama view from the mountain. On the way back, stop in a local family to discover daily life and culture and share a tea with them.

12:00 -13:30 Check out and have lunch at the Retreat

13:30 -16:00 Go to Trang An for a boat ride in between the karst pics and enjoy the beautiful scenery and peaceful atmosphere.

16:00 Board the bus to go to Hanoi.

19:00 Drop off in Hanoi old quarter. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 6: HANOI – HALONG WITH OASIS CLASSIC CRUISE 4*

Pass By: Halong Bay Vietnam
8h00 - 8h30 Pick you up at your hotel.

12h30 Arrive at Tuan Chau harbour and refresh at the Oasis Bay Lounge for about 20 minutes before boarding.

13h00 Transfer to cruise. Welcome drink, cruise briefing, safety instructions, and check-in cabins. Cruise and program commence.

13h30-14h30 Special lunch will be served on board while cruising and passing Fighting Cock islet (symbol of Halong Bay). After having lunch, the Oasis Bay Cruise will continue exploring the wonders of Halong bay. Anchoring the vessels at Frog Pond area.

15h30-17h00 Explore this beautiful area by kayaking through the majestic scenery or swimming in emerald coloured water.

17h15-18h45 Relax on the sundeck with a few cocktails complimented by a variety of tropical fruits and best local wines. Then attend a cooking demonstration with our Chef to learn one of the most popular cuisines in Vietnam: spring rolls, or refresh yourself in outdoor Jacuzzi.

19h00-20h00 Enjoy a specially gourmet dinner.

21h00-23h00: Evening Activities, relax at leisure: squid fishing

Day 7: HALONG – HANOI

6h30 Wake up to a very special morning with an organized Taichi class among the peaceful surroundings of Halong.

7h00-7h30 Breakfast. Coffee & tea with assorted homemade pastries, fresh juices…

8h00-9h00 Visit Sung Sot Cave, hiking up and down 600 steps to the magnificent limestone formations of the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong bay.

9h30 Check-out cabins and settle bills.

10h30 Lunch will be served while the Oasis Bay Cruise is crusing back to Tuan Chau harbor.

12h30-12h45 Shuttle bus pick guest up at Oasis Bay Lounge.

17h00-17h30 Arrive in Hanoi and you will be dropped off at your hotel and overnight in Hanoi

Day 8: HANOI DEPARTURE
