Our pick up was early and made us feel right at ease the second we got on the bus, the whole journey and process of the day was layed out for us, the actual time in ha long bay and then the cave was amazing and it was totally worth the money we paid! Highly reccomend!

The journey to Ha Long Bay return is a bit of a drag but the day itself couldn't be faulted. We started with Lunch on board which was excellent. The Cruise around the Bay was awesome as was the cave visit. I did Geology at school and I have seen nothing like this! We then moved venue with a choice of a bamboo boat or kayak experience. I chose the boat and wasn't disappointed! Superb! A truly great, value for money days excursion. A must do!
Good itinerary but bus was travelling quite slow. Seen many buses overtaking and it took nearly 4hrs from Hanoi to Halong Bay and similarly for the return trip. The guide was very friendly with a good sense of humour.
Good one
Everyone who visit Hanoi is a must to see Halong Bay Island and Cave. If you don,'t have time a day trip will do as long as you don't have flight at midnight. I suggest that Tour operator and or tour Guides don't use the boat
The tour was very well organized. the day started with a pick up from hotel at 8am followed by drive to Halong Bay - around 170 kms from Hanoi with a driving time of 4 hours. we reached in the afternoon and transferred to a big ferry where the lunch was well served. you cruise through the beautiful halong bay through the day - doing other activities also like kayak, visiting amazing caves of the bay. our tour guide Mr. Hung was very cooperative and provided great service through the day.
This trip is a must - our guide was funny and informative all day long ( it was a long day but he made it go easy ) a halong bay was very nice and serene- lunch was very good on the boat - caves was interesting and the bamboo boat ride was calm and soothing. On the whole this is a must do trip!
