About this activity
Day 1 : Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta VanArrive at Lao Cai Train Station around 6am. We will take a 1-hour bus ride uphill to the beautiful town of Sapa. The ride gives you a glimpse of the stunning vistas and impressive rice terraces. Arrive Sapa town, have breakfast & fresh up for a while.

After that take a 6km walking down to the South East of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho Village of the Black H’mong. The beauty of Y Linh Ho valley is adorned with green mixed gold of terraced rice field and corn field, imposing mountain coved by bushy plants and the fabulous white mixed blue clouds on sky.

Continue to get over 3km for trekking down to Lao Chai Village of H’mong people. To go inside the village, tourists trek through a small bridge led to Muong Hoa valley. There are some traditional houses of H’Mong people, streams flow tranquilly mixed with the smell of flowers and fields, all of them make a relaxed feeling for the new comers.

After lunch time at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drink shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van Village of the Dzay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom. Trekking: 12km of trekking.

Day 2 :Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan - Sapa

Take an 8km walk to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Opposite to Muong Hoa stream, Giang Ta Chai lies silently by a majestic waterfall and is hidden by old trees and bamboo groves. Red Dao is the second biggest group of minority people in Sapa in Vietnam.

Coming to the village, tourists will be charmed immediately with the out-standing traditional costumes of the local people; and most of those clothes are made from natural materials Supan includes 4 small hamlets of the Black H’mong and Red Zao. Because of a poor village, here you do not see the scenery or sound of commercialization like some other villages. The simplicity of ethnic inhabitants and natural sights are still remained. Most of Supan's people gain their living based on agriculture. Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge.

After visit Giang Ta Chai village and Supan village, head back to the main road to catch the jeep and return to Sapa. Around 06:00 PM Share tourist bus to Lao cai Station. Trekking: 8km of trekking, 10km of driving back to Sapa.
