Traditional cooking class in local village nearby Hanoi

In the morning, our guide picks you up at the hotel and starts our authentic and traditional Vietnam cooking tour in the countryside nearby Hanoi. Leaving behind all the hustle and bustle of the city life, we come to visit a little house with typical design of old time in a peaceful village. Take a seat and enjoy a cup of tea (or coffee) with the host while she introduce to you about the tour program and activities. Then we will come to visit vibrant local market and find out shopping habit of Vietnamese people. The host helps you choosing ingredients for your cooking menu. You can have breakfast or taste specialities here on your own account. En route, we take a look at local temple and pagoda which directly link with the religious life of villagers. (Optional: we provide bicycle if you like riding to visit fruit garden and vegetable field; learn about the vegetable and how it grows. Stop there to taste season fruits and take picture with friendly farmers.)

Return to the house. You will start your cooking menu with the guidance of the host from preparing raw materials to decorating dishes. Getting some cooking tips to make the best dishes. It is time to savor the flavor of your meals. You relax or take a walk around before saying goodbye to the host. We back to hotel by car. Thanks for join us!
