At the beginning of the trip Alex the tour guide took my kids passports for 45 mins out of my sight. When I asked where are they went he told me he sent them with the captain who’s on shore checking information. He couldnt explain to me why it had to go to shore and kept saying trust me. The other problem was he took us in a boat to go kayaking which in the end was canoeing but doesn’t tell us that we could go in a boat tour as well, when another passenger stayed behind thinking we were only canoeing. No of us took our cameras, money, water or anything cuz we thought we were going canoeing then he takes us to a mountain to hike up 250 stairs. When I told him I became dehydrated he said this is all small issues. He asked if I could write a better review on trip advisor. Absolutely not he was terrible. Other than that the boat was clean and nice inside. Staffing was friendly and lots of food to eat.
