About this activity
Visit: Autostadt, Stadtbrucke, 38440 Wolfsburg, Lower Saxony Germany

Each of the pavilions expresses its own brand philosophy via its architecture. Once inside, the visitor is enveloped by the illustrated world of this particular brand.

The pavilions lie in the centre of the park: Volkswagen and Audi to the north, further south are SEAT, Škoda, Lamborghini and the Premium Clubhouse. The Porsche pavilion constructed adjacent to the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles pavilion, right next to the lagoon. The striking Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles pavilion is in the South-East of the park.

Audi: "Vorsprung durch Technik" ( advancement through technology). Audi is not only synonymous with an advanced state-of-the art technology but also with individual mobility. The architecture of the Audi Pavilion therefore focuses on the brand values’ design and dynamism.

Seat: as a brand SEAT represents Mediterranean vitality and temperament. The SEAT pavilion is a bright white, sensuously curved sculpture. A wooden bridge leads the visitor into the middle of the curved building. The pavilion is bounded by the land and the water of the lagoon thereby imitating the geography of the Iberian Peninsula.

Lamborghini: the Lamborghini pavilion welcomes you into the world of state-of-the-art technology and luxurious Italian craftsmanship. Lamborghini’s iconic super sports cars are a blend of advanced engineering and maximum performance with incredibly refined design and ultimate exclusivity.

Porsche: located on the southeast side of the 28-hectare Autostadt site, the Porsche pavilion was completed in about ten months. The project was executed in close cooperation with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and the Autostadt, Henn Architekten (architecture), HG Merz Architekten (presentation) and WES & Partner landscape architects.

Premium Clubhouse: the Premium Clubhouse reflects the Volkswagen Group’s premium thinking. It is situated, nestling like a jewel, in the curve of a little hill between the ZeitHaus museum and the five-star-superior hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg. The pavilion’s shape is inspired by part of the race track at Le Mans. In the 20s and 30s this famous circuit saw the motor-sport legend Bentley rise to fame.

Skoda: a bird’s-eye view of the ŠKODA pavilion is that of the winged arrow, logo ŠKODA brand is using since 1926. Its architecture combines elements taken from various periods of Bohemian cultural history. The exterior architecture is a design by renowned Czech architect prof. Dr. Bořek Šípek .

Volkswagen commercial vehicles pavillon: the striking Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles pavilion is situated in the South-East of the park. Strong, robust and functional – qualities that are synonymous with Volkswagen’s commercial vehicles. Qualities that also characterise the exterior of the brand pavilion.
