Nature Singing in Pihlajasaari

Itinerary

This class tales place in a beautiful, old villa in Pihlajasaari, 5-10min walk from the ferry. We will sing alone and together, relaxing, and learning to free our voices and expression in the midst of wonderful nature.

Our Instructor Sanni is one of Finland's first academic Green Care specialists and a voice expert for 20 years. As a teacher, she has worked with a various educational institutions worldwide, among others Brooklyn Conservatory in New York, 2001-2007 and as University Lecturer at the University of Tampere, 2014-2016. At the moment, Sanni serves as a senior lecturer for jazz vocals at the Munich University of Music and in his own company SoundByNature. She also coaches the Helsinki City Theater Actors and has worked as an instructor at the Sibelius Academy. Sann's books Luonnon aika - Rentouttavia hetkiä luonnossa and Luontolaulu - Minunkin sisälläni soi are available at bookstores throughout Finland.
