About this activity
During this evening you will see just how well they do it. The music, with its oriental elements played on the lyre and lute, the precise steps of the dancers, the acrobatic movements of the men, the colorful costumes of the women and the austere national dress of the men - all this belongs to traditional Cretan dancing and celebrations.

Although our bus was a bit late, the overall night was wonderful. The food was great and the dancing was beautiful.

A lttle dissapointed in arrangements no fault of tour guide and bus driver, but arrived at venue more than an hour later than scheduled. Arrived at 8.00pm and were told the buffet dinner ends at 9.00pm. We were told we would have our photo taken with 2 entertainers in traditional dress, offered a liquor and enter the venue through a tradtional Cretan village home, we also had oportunity to enter a wine cellar this was all quite tiring after the bus trip when all i needed was the bathroom. The line to the buffet was quite long meals on offer was OK i didnt have any of the bread as the person in front of me pick up a slice of bread with his hand felt that it was dry and put it back into the large wicker bowl. The music, dancing and signing was not unlike Greek could not distinguish the diffrrence to authentic Cretan music except for the lyre musical instrument. The night finished at about 10.00 then had a long drive back to Heraklikn. Found this event very Over priced for what was on offer.
