In case of a last minute booking, please note that we will need 3 working hours in minimum in order to process your reservation and send your e-ticket by email to your email address.
- From 1/4/2019 to 31/10/2019 child entrance ticket (age 0-17) is free but you should first go to the cashier, without waiting in line and ask for the free child ticket. From 1/11/2019 to 31/3/2020 child entrance ticket (age 0-5) is free but you should first go to the cashier, without waiting in the line as well. From 1/4/2020 to 31/10/2020 child free entrance ticket (age 0-5) & half-price child entrance ticket (age 6-17) must be purchased from the cashier without waiting in line.

- The Heraklion arch. museum opening hours are: 15 April to 31 October: Monday and Wednesday to Sunday 08:00 - 20:00 and Tuesday: 10:00 to 20:00. 1st November to 14 April Monday and Wednesday to Sunday: 08:30 - 15:30 and Tuesday: 10:00 - 17:00.
