Minoan dance and acrobatics performance combined with a gastronomical journey from Minoan Era to modern day Cretan cuisine, live Greek music and dance.
Special live music set starting with music played with ancient and modern instruments, moving towards a more traditional Greek fiesta with interactive dancing. Buffet dining so that the possibility of tasting and comparing both cuisines -Minoan and Cretan is offered to our guests.
The Minoan meal is prepared and cooked in our Minoan Kitchen, which guests are allowed to visit. Guests can indulge themselves in unique ancient flavours (buffet serving) including:

Hand kneaded bread with barley and wheat (at the table you have the option to use olive oil and aromatic oregano on the bread to give it a special taste)
Cretan Olives
Garbanzo (chickpea) salad (humous)
Green Salad (a variety of wild plants (greens) of the Cretan Land)
Cretan (small) cheese pies and green pies
Chicken with mustard and herbs.
Panspermia (a great mix of leguminous vegetables - protein seeds - cooked with honey and raisins, dried figs, herbs and sesame seeds.)
Kandavlos (variety of meats on stick)
Seasonal fruits
Minoan desserts

The modern day Cretan meal includes:
Peasant's bread, rusks and breadsticks
Barley Cretan rusks (Dakos) with grated tomatoes and feta cheese
Cretan olives and olive pate
Tzatziki
Traditional Greek salad
Egg Plant (Aubergine) salad
Boiled Greens with potatoes and courgettes
Fava with onions and parsley
Briam (a variety of vegetables and spices and herbs cooked in the oven)
Stuffed courgette flowers or stuffed vine leaves
Moussaka (Distinctive Cretan World-famous Dish)
Potatoes in the oven
Chicken and okra stew
